Repackage your items. Note: we recommend utilizing the items original packing. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging for items shipped TO us.

Step 3

Ship items to us using the carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, ect.):

We will match your form to the sender information on your package.

Step 4

Wait for your invoice. Our team will send you a payment link with your order details. Customers have 30 days to pay their invoice.

*Please be advised, we do not provide quotes. All items are repaired to working condition. Due to the nature of Flash Unit repair, units often have to be fully dissembled to access the origin point of the issue.

Step 5

Wait for your item to ship. Once payment has been received, you will receive confirmation with tracking information. Repairs normally ship with in 1 business of payment receipt.
