We offer a 60-Day Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products* (*Lithium batteries are not eligible for return and additional information regarding this exception can be found here). Eligible items for return must be sent back within 60 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) that will be credited back onto the same card that was used at the time of purchase. Any item that is received after the 60 days of the purchase date will NOT be eligible for a refund. 60-Day Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee not applicable for re-purchased products. We recommend that when you ship your item(s) for return, that you request a tracking number from the courier and that they guarantee delivery of the package prior to the expiration of your 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Any item(s) delivered to us after the 60-day guarantee period has expired will not be eligible for return and you will be required to pay to have the item(s) returned back to you.
Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip/invoice, or a note with the name and phone number the order was placed under stating the item(s) is coming back for return. Once received, we will issue a refund (less shipping) onto the same card that was used to make the original purchase. You do not need an RMA number for a return to be processed.
*As of 3/26/21, ALL batteries are no longer eligible for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Items no longer eligible include: 2010150, LINK-KITN and LINK-KITC (Battery Only), VMBA8.6A, VM120 (Battery Only).
**Please note that kit products, such as the LINK-KITN, LINK-KITC, and VM120, are eligible for a return minus their respective battery.
***The 60-Day Guarantee DOES still apply to defective batteries. If you have received a defective battery, and after extensive troubleshooting we have determined that the battery is defective, we will send replacement battery. We will not issue a refund for the defective battery, only provide a replacement. You do not need to return the defective battery to us. Please properly dispose of the defective lithium battery.
To return an item, please package it carefully for shipment (using the original packaging if possible). Be sure to include ALL of the components that originally arrived with the item. Include a quick note stating reason for return and that you are returning the item for a refund.
You can ship the item to our office using your choice of shipping method and carrier. We advise using a method where tracking is available. You may wish to purchase insurance as well. We cannot be held responsible for items that you ship to us using your preferred shipping method.

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund within two to four business days. The refund will be applied to the credit card that was originally used to purchase the order and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item. Shipping charges (to deliver the item to you originally, and to return the item to our offices) are not included in the refund. If you have any questions or need help, contact us.
All shipping fees MUST be prepaid. Any return shipping fees, brokerage fees, etc. billed to us will deducted from the refund issued.
